What a perfect place for a stay in Baie-Saint-Paul. Our expectations were reasonably high given this is not a budget hotel - but they were fully met and then some. Great location in the thick of the action, many restaurants, shops, and galleries abound within minutes walking distance - including the fabulous BSP Museum of Contemporary Art. Reception was warm and friendly, and didn't mind our "try hard" French. Our room had a balcony with a small table, perfect for morning coffee. Rooms are really well done, decorated by Quebec artists - modern, clean, and well appointed. Really comfy bed, nice modern bathroom with great shower, pod coffee maker and fridge - everything you would expect. One nice unexpected perk: the TV had built-in Roku so you can log in to your own streaming service if you have it such as Netflix, Crave, Disney, etc. There was air conditioning as well with a remote control - a nice new unit, not one of the noisy terrible things wedged into a window. Our stay included breakfast, the restaurant was elegant with vestiges of the old house from days gone by like huge stone fireplace. Food itself was right what we were hoping and expecting - fresh croissant, lots of local cheese, yogurt with berries, coffee and juice. There was plenty of parking in the back. Great experience, we would stay again.

Really great hotel. Rooms are SO comfortable and feel luxurious. Was given amazing treatment by staff including a special welcome gift for my birthday. Breakfast is REALLY good and included on the price. I can't stress enough how great the food is for a free continental breakfast. Awesome service too. Shout out to all great staff. 10/10 stay here

Absolutely loved everything about this place. The beds were super comfortable, the room was beautiful and well equipped. The robes and linen were high quality. Very clean. Special attention like a handwritten card and designer chocolates. The staff was attentive and helpful. The restaurant was 5 star and I recommend the Burrata (real Italian cheese imported) and the risotto was to die for. Our server Dave was very knowledgeable and efficient. I appreciated the history displayed on the walls! Perfect location, lots of little artisans boutiques and restaurants around. We came for a ski trip at the Massif Mountain, it was a magical weekend. Booked directly with the hotel and was happy I did. Got a better price than online.

Everyone at Maison OTIS is friendly, respect and professional. It was a mini ski getaway but skiing was cut short due to the virus. We decided to stay as planned. It was the best decision ever. It is such a beautifully designed boutique hotel. History and charms are written all over the place. The room is very very clean and the beds are very very comfortable. The OTIS team pampered us. Making dinner reservations, mixing colorful cocktails, performing magic tricks and warming the breakfast pastries. We were treated like Royals. Maison Otis will be our home away from home every time we visit Baie-St-Paul. Thank you for making our mini vacation so memorable.

Had a wonderful one-night stay at Maison Otis in September. We had originally hoped to book a room at Le Germain, but it was already sold out for our dates. I found Maison Otis and it was a fantastic decision. The building is historic and just lovely. A small cozy boutique hotel, very clean and well maintained. Parking for guests available directly behind the building at no additional cost. It is also very centrally located in town, a few minutes walk from shops and restaurants. The concierge, Denis, that checked us in was so friendly and helpful and with a good sense of humour! Our room was upgraded and so we had a very large room with incredibly beautiful high ceilings. The breakfast that was included was also delicious and the servers were so friendly and accommodating when I had a special request due to a dietary restriction. Overall a wonderful experience. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Additional note: we came with an electric vehicle, and there were several chargers in the town, although we did end up using the Tesla Superchargers at the Germain hotel, which was only a 5-minute drive away and available to non-guests of the hotel.

WW! What a great stay we had at Maison Otis. The house is beautiful and they are still working on the last details to make this place prettier. The people working there are friendly and efficient even though there is a lack of staff which is not their fault due to the pandemic. On our first night we had dinner with friends . The food was delicious. Restaurant Tavola is worthy of 5 stars. The restaurant staff was very accommodating due to the fact that we had a dog with us. They seated us on the corner of their terrace so that the dog would be comfortable and not bother anyone. Very much appreciated. We really enjoyed their breakfast the first two days but after eating the same thing for our almost week stay it became repetitive. The terrace from our bedroom was ok but more intimacy and comfort would have been appreciated. However all in all, once this auberge will be fully renovated, it will be amazing. Thank you for our great stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Maison Otis! We could not have asked for more - it was perfect!! Our superior king suite was beautifully appointed, super comfortable bed, awesome lighting, lovely french doors to the deck with small table/chairs to enjoy a glass of wine in the sun. Staff were awesome & food at the restaurant great. Such a treat - would definitely go back!!!

Not very upscale, considering the high price but the rooms are very nice and the location perfect.
